Hello to all members of the D-BOX PLUS community! I am Luka, Technical Support Specialist.

I am very happy to be part of this great family and I hope to help every member of this community with my skills and experience.

I’ve been passionate about video games since I was very young, so it’s only natural that I’ve chosen a career in this field. At D-BOX, I feel like a fish in water (well, more like a gamer in a game), as I can combine my passion for video games with my technical expertise.

Outside of work, I like to work out by doing Zumba. And yes, I am a geek who likes to move! :sweat_smile:
And if you really want to make me happy, just serve me a good poutine. I love it!

My goal at D-BOX is to contribute to the Knowledge Base and help create a community of D-BOX experts. But most importantly, to provide you with quality technical support.

Hello, My name is Daniel. I am the Lead, Customer Service.

I have worked with technology for the last 20 years. I have experience with OpenSource and love trying new technologies.

Outside of work I enjoy dancing, renovation projects and binge-watching new shows.

Hello! My name is Angus and I have been a Technical Support Specialist at D-BOX since March 2022. I am part of a superb support team that offers top-notch help to our clients across the world.

In my spare time, I am very active person that enjoys playing golf and soccer. I also enjoy learning anything related to cybersecurity and network security.

FERNANDO DIAZ-HERRERA

Hi! My name is Fernando and I joined the D-BOX team as the Senior Technical support specialist in 2022. I oversee providing beneficial technical support to clients with any D-BOX hardware and/or software related issues. Additionally, I provide excellent customer service, ensuring all-time great client satisfaction.

Also, as a native Mexican, I speak fluent Spanish. I recently started my motorcycle :motorcycle: training and I hope I will be ready to start rolling for the summer vrrommm vrommm!
